Andrew Tate Charged With Rape, Human Trafficking In Romania, US & UK

Andrew Tate has been charged in Romania with rape, human sex trafficking, and forming an organized crime group to sexually exploit women in the UK and US.

The indictment deposited with the Bucharest court alleges that Andrew Tate, his brother, and two others, formed an organized criminal group in 2021 to commit human trafficking not only in Romania, but also in other countries including the US and the UK.

Charges of money laundering and trafficking of minors which are still been investigated could lead to other separate indictments.

The charge named seven alleged victims who claimed they were recruited by the Tate brothers through false promises of love and marriage.

The Tate brothers who were first arrested at their Bucharest home in December denied all the allegations.

They were moved from custody to house arrest in March after a ruling by a Romanian judge.

Simba Daily reporting according to a statement from Romanian prosecutors; Andrew Tate and co., housed their victims in Ilfov County in Romania where they were intimidated, placed under constant surveillance and control, and forced into debt.

They then forced the women to participate in pornography which was later shared on social media.

Prosecutors have ordered that the assets of the Tate brothers, which include 15 luxury cars, luxury watches, and about $3 million in cryptocurrency, be confiscated.

Another defendant was said to have raped a woman in March 2022.

A Romanian judge will inspect the case files within 60 days before it can proceed to trial.

“While this news is undoubtedly predictable, we embrace the opportunity it presents to demonstrate their innocence and vindicate their reputation”, the media team for the Tate brothers said.

The “allows us to present a comprehensive body of evidence, diligently collected and prepared over time, which will undoubtedly substantiate the brothers’ claims of innocence”, it continued.

Andrew Tate has repeatedly claimed that Romanian prosecutors have no evidence and said the various accusations were a political conspiracy to silence him.

Andrew Tate, a 36-year-old former British-American kickboxer gained popularity online by promoting masculinity and a luxurious lifestyle.

His troubles started after a viral video appeared to show him attacking a woman, resulting in his expulsion from British TV show Big Brother.

He received further bashing on social media and saw Twitter ban his account with over 6 million followers, after he said women should “bear some responsibility” for being sexually assaulted. He has been previously banned from TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

He returned to Twitter last year under the new CEO, Elon Musk.

During his time in prison, Andrew Tate’s manager confirmed that he was sick in with lung cancer and in urgent need of treatment. After the news went viral, the internet went agog with many trending posts mocking him.

Tate’s Manager known as The Sartorial Shooter wrote on social media, “Yes, it’s true. I was the one driving with him to and from the hospital in Dubai. I don’t have any more specifics to share.”

Andre Tate’s team is seeking to have him taken to Dubai to get medical attention for cancer.

Tate’s doctors, both in Dubai and Romania, reportedly confirmed he has a lesion in his upper right lung.

Andrew Tate has since been in Romanian prison over human trafficking suspicion. Though no formal proof or allegation has been levied against him, he is billed to remain in custody till the end of March, and from reports, the Romanian authorities can detain him for 180 days pending the conclusion of their investigation.

Though Andrew Tate’s continual detention by the Romanian government does not conform with international norms and should have sparked waves of backlash from the world, it seemed to have gotten the opposite reaction.

A screenshot alleged to show Andre Tate asking a father raising funds via GoFundMe to treat his son of cancer to beg for it, adding that the amount he is begging for to save his son’s life is less than a quater of what he spends on one of his 5 cars.

That definetly did not go well with people.

Another shared photos of Andre Tate always smoking, wondering why his fans and supporters are surprised that he has lung cancer.

And in another tweet, Andrew Tate agrees he might die of lung cancer because he was always smoking cigar, “big cigar to look like a mafia boss”.
